PROFESSIONAL SETUP
Site Requirements
Standard tent pricing is based on basic installation on level grass with stake anchoring. Solid-surface installations require suitable weights or water barrels at an additional charge. Uneven sites, restricted access or long distances from the delivery truck may increase costs.

For locations within 20 km of our office. When you reserve the tent with DECOR-RENT, the inspection fee is applied toward the tent rental balance.
PERMITS & SAFETY
Preparation & Paperwork
Some installations require permits. We can supply the necessary tent paperwork, or arrange permit assistance for a nominal fee. You may also need to arrange utility locates to support safe installation.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
What to Expect
Most tents are installed 24–48 hours before an event and removed the following day. We provide an anticipated four-hour arrival window. Please clear driveway and walkway access for the installation crew.
Important Rental Conditions
- Delivery is extra and depends on location, order size, and special delivery or pickup scheduling.
- Standard tent rental pricing is based on a 24-hour use period; extended use may incur additional charges.
- Tents require an even installation surface. Grass stakes are included in standard setup; weights or water barrels are extra.
- Additional installation charges may apply for difficult access or challenging site conditions.
- Outdoor events remain subject to weather conditions and forecasts; review your arrangements with our team.

If you are renting a tent from DECOR-RENT, we may be able to prepare grassy tent areas or access paths using a professional riding lawn mower. This service is particularly suited to properties of approximately half an acre or more.
Grass is mulched, not bagged. Availability and suitability depend on site conditions and weather; additional conditions may apply.

How much does it cost to rent a tent in Toronto?
The cost depends on tent size, event location, installation surface, access and the type of function. Our supplied guidance describes typical projects ranging from approximately $500 to $5,000 or more. See the detailed tent-size price lists above for individual advertised rates.
How far ahead should I reserve a tent?
We recommend planning roughly four to six months in advance, especially for large tents, catering and other major event arrangements.
What size tent will I need?
As an initial planning guide, allow at least 10 square feet per guest for banquet-style rectangular seating, 12–14 square feet for round tables, and 16–20 square feet per guest when a dance floor is part of the setup. The required space also depends on other fixtures and the available site.
Do you deliver and install outside Vaughan?
Yes. Our setup crew serves Toronto, York Region, Durham Region and numerous surrounding communities. We will discuss available scheduling and delivery charges when preparing your quote.
